Further, at a temperature correcting part 12, the set temperature is corrected by means of a pot kind detecting part 10 and a cooking quantity detecting part 11 in a gradient detecting part 9 detecting the gradient of the increase in the temperature of the pot bottom, and the heating quantity of heating means 3 is controlled by heating control means consisting of a proportional control valve 2 and a battery valve 2'.
