摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To minimize elongation or shrinkage distortion, and to perform a strength sufficiently for a practical use by forming the internal structure of a laminated piece of a base material plastic through the pores of a reinforcing material in a mesh state. CONSTITUTION:A mesh structure in which pores are positively formed at a reinforcing material and base material plastics are disposed on upper and lower surfaces as posts is formed. The reinforcing material uses high airtight paper, a metal foil or thin plate, various plastics of film or sheetlike state. As the reinforcing material, rolled common paper is, for example, employed, pores of approx. 1.5mm are opened on the paper surface by a frog, three sheets of such paper are prepared, coated with unreacted unsaturated polyester varnish containing condensation catalyst as base material plastic (impregnating plastic) to be laminated, two pore sheets are laminated on the front and rear surfaces, impregnated with the varnish, lightly pressed from above on a flat plate, and heated to complete condensation reaction, thereby obtaining a laminated piece. Even if the piece is filled in an oven having 100-120 deg.C, no warpage due to the temperature occurs at the sheet.</p>
