PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure-sensitive transfer material free of the delamination of ink layer and excellent in stability of liquid, producibility, and curling property by a method in which an adhesive layer containing a specific polymer and an ink layer composed primarily of a resin, an oil, and a colorant are orderly provided on a film base material. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-sensitive transfer material consists of a film base material, an adhesive layer provided on the base material, and an ink layer composed of a resin, an oil having bad compatibility with the resin, and a colorant, provided on the adhesive layer. The resin of the adhesive layer contains as main component a mixture consisting of the polymer of 90-100wt% methyl methacrylate and/or ethyl methacrylate or copolymer (A) of the methacrylate with 0- 10wt% an unsaturated carboxylic acid and the polymer of 90-100wt% acryl monomer having a glass transition point of 25 deg.C or lower when solely polymerized or copolymer (B) of the acryl monomer with 0-10wt% an unsaturated carboxylic acid. |
