Single drive slip control system or starter aid whereby a skidding wheel is made to slow down to a speed approaching that of the other wheel. This is achieved by the fact that the brake line (2a, 2b) is sectioned by means of a valve arrangement (4) with an electrovalve (4a) and that a pressure generator (5) is installed in the part of the brake line (2b) downstream from said valve. In order to further improve the safety of the system, the valve arrangement, already having an electrovalve, is made sensitive to the braking pressure produced in the main brake cylinder in such a way that the brake line is opened again when brake pressure is produced. Pressure build-up in a control chamber which opens a valve to connect the brake line can only occur by means of a one-way valve (flap valve) (11) and the pressure reduction in the control chamber occurs through a choke (12). |
