A vegetable cutting device (1) moulded in at least three discrete parts, a main body member (2), at least one intermediate member (6) and a bottom member (10), each of which are adapted to engage together and retain a set of blades therebetween. At least two sets of transverse blades are provided such that vegetable slivers may be produced by passing vegetables therethrough.
