CKMB ASSAY AND MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To enhance the accuracy by incubating a mixture of a humor sample of an organism, a CKB antibody bonded with a solid support and a labeled monoclonal antibody under a constant temperature and then determining the quantity of label bonded with separated solid support. CONSTITUTION: An antibody for the B monomer of creatine kinase is bonded with a magnetic particle to produce an antibody for CKB (capture antibody). It is also labeled for the MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase with a radioactive label to produce a monoclonal antibody (tracer antibody). A humor sample of an organism, the capture antibody and tracer antibody are then mixed and incubated under a constant temperature. Subsequently, the solid support is separated and cleaned and the quantity of label bonded with the solid support is counted. This arrangement realizes an accurate and quick measurement.
