发明名称 SLIDING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve low friction and wear resistance of a sliding material, by composing the material with at least one of polyimide and polyamide imide in a specified amount and polytetrafluoroethylene with a least one of clay, mullite, silica, and alumina in a specified amount, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A sliding material is composed of at least one of 20-85vol.% of polyimide and polyamide imide, 10-60vol.% of polytetrafluoroethylene, and at least one of 0.5-20vol.% of clay, mullite, silica, and alumina. The low friction property and wear resistance of the material are thus improved under boundary lubrication and dry conditions due to load resistance of polyimide and polyamide imide, low friction property of tetrafluoroethylene, and wear resistance of clay, etc.
