PURPOSE:To enable the uniform and good desensitization of a nonimage part even if an etching processing speed is increased by granulating a resin having a functional group which forms a carboxyl group by decomposition and using the formed particles separately from a binder resin for photoconductive zinc oxide. CONSTITUTION:The resin particles contg. at least one kind of the polymer component contg. at least one kind of the functional group forming at least one carboxyl group by decomposition are incorporated into a photoconductive layer. The resin particles are dispersed in the state of particles into the photoconductive layer separately from the binder resin of the photoconductive zinc oxide. Since the resin having the functional group is dispersed in the state of the particles, the specific surface area increases and the contact of a desensitizing liquid and the binder and eventually the reaction thereof are not hindered. The desensitization of the nonimage part is thereby sufficiently executed even if the etching treatment speed is increased. |
