PURPOSE:To deal with the mail information of large capacity by limited resources, and in addition, to reduce the number of times of access to a shared file by providing a work pool entity securing processing means and a positioning processing means. CONSTITUTION:When a mail information area 11 is smaller than the size of the mail information of one copy portion, the work pool entity securing processing part 15 is called from a file access handler 13, and secures work pool entity 20, and writes the mail information of one copy portion. Besides, when the range of the mail information which a mail job 10 accesses does not exist in the area 11, the positioning processing part 16 reads a part of the corresponding mail information from the entity 20 into the area 11, and prepares the part to be made accessed in the area 11 beforehand. Then, by performing work pool control, the mail information can be made accesses with the same consciousness that all of the mail information exists on virtual storage, and the mail information of large capacity can be dealt with by the limited resources, and in addition, the number of times of access to the shared file can be reduced. |
