PURPOSE:To dispense with precuring of formed cement, to shorten the curing time and to obtain cured cement keeping high strength over a long period, by compounding Portland cement with specific amounts of alumina cement and gypsum. CONSTITUTION:A cement mixture composed of (a) 100pts.wt. Portland cement, (b) 1-10pts.wt. of alumina cement and (c) 1-20pts.wt. gypsum is formed and cured at high temperature under normal pressure. If necessary, the above cement mixture may be compounded with at least one kind of <=1pt.wt. defoaming agent, <=3pts.wt. fluidizing agent and <=5pts.wt. retarder. |
