PURPOSE: To minimize the wear of a sealing ring and to prolong a span of effective service life by installing two sealing rings separated by a groove connected to an annular chamber via a balance path, and providing a balance path cutoff means being approachable from the outside of a support. CONSTITUTION: A support 1 has an opening 3 to which a sliding rod 4 is attached. The bottom of a sleeve 8 occupies the vicinity of the opening 3 to the support 1 and has a thick-walled part constituting a support bearing 10. A sealing bearing 12 comprises at least two sealing rings 14 which are separated by a groove 13 connected to an annular chamber 17. In addition, a balance path cutoff means 19 being approachable from the outside of the support is provided therein. Thus wear in the sealing rings is minimized and a span of effective service life is prolongable in this way.
