<p>PURPOSE:To automate the continuous annealing of a coil by transporting the coil through a tray and providing a coil loader, used for loading and unloading the coil, and a lifter moving vertically through a honeycomb hole of the tray. CONSTITUTION:A coil to be annealed is put on a tray from a coil receiving means 24 through a coil loader 30 and a coil moving means 28 by a coil loading, unloading and transporting means 22. The coil is charged, together with the tray, into an annealing furnace 16 through a tray transporting means 20. The coil loader 30 transfers the annealed coil to a coil delivering means 26 and receives simultaneously a coil to be annealed from the means 24. A lifter moves vertically to load and unload the coil on and from the tray while passing through a gap between the tray transporting means and a hole of the tray. By this mechanism, a coil is continuously and automatically annealed together with a tray.</p> |
