X-RAY DETECTOR AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency with respect to an X-ray detector to be used for an X-ray CT device by fixing the top and bottom edges of the anode plates and cathode plates which are disposed alternately face to face at about equal intervals to the surfaces of flat plates facing each other by means of adhesive agents. CONSTITUTION:Blocks 11 and 12 which are jigs are first combined in a part (c) and a flat plate 14 is disposed on the bottom surface of the jigs. Anode plates 6 and cathode plates 7 are inserted into the paired grooves of the jigs, and a flat plate 13 is disposed on the top edges of the plates 6 and the plates 7. The top and bottom edges of the plates 6 and plates 7 in such a state are adhered and fixed by means of adhesive agents to the surfaces of the plates 13 and 14.
