PURPOSE:To superposedly display graphic information and image information by simple hardware without reducing resolution and the number of colors to be displayed by providing a selecting means for selecting and outputting information relating to prescribed parts of image information and storing the information relating to the prescribed parts in a memory means. CONSTITUTION:A memory 2 has prescribed storage capacity smaller than the storage capacity of information volume necessary for the display of the image information by display resolution of a display part 3. A selecting means 1 selectively outputs information relating to a prescribed part of the image information and stores the information in a memory 2 and a display part 3 superposedly displays the graphic information and the information relating to a prescribed part read out from the memory means 2. Consequently, the graphic information and image information can be superposedly displayed by simple hardware without dropping the resolution of the displayed image information and reducing the number of colors to be displayed. |
