<p>A two-component pack containing a composition for coloring or artifically tanning skin comprising two components (a) and (b) intended to be mixed at the time of use or to be applied to the skin successively wherein component (a) comprises meso-tartaraldehyde in the form of an aqueous solution, an aqueous gel or an aqueous emulsion, and component (b) comprises at least one hydroxyquinone, which is 2,5-dihydroxy-3-methyl-1,4-benzoquinone, 2,5-dihydroxy-3-methyl-6-methoxy-1,4-benzoquinone, 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (lawsone), 2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone, 2,5-dihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone, 2,5-dihydroxy-3-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone, 5-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (juglone), 5,8-dihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (naphthazarin), 2-methoxy-5-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone, or 2,5,8-trihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone, in the form of an anhydrous solution or a powder.</p> |
