PURPOSE:To attain smooth outgoing and incoming call processing even if the mobile speed of a mobile radio equipment is relatively large in small zone constitution by providing an ID identification storage section respectively to each radio base station and a gate exchange, and registering the location of the mobile radio equipment in parallel based on the data of each radio base station. CONSTITUTION:With a location registration signal from a mobile radio equipment sent to a radio base station 34, the signal is stored in an ID identification storage section 34 of each radio base station receiving it with a prescribed quality, the event of location registration is reported to the gate exchange 20, which stores the result in an 18 identification section 24, all other radio base stations existing inbetween the plural radio base stations applying location registration are registered while they are regarded as the fact of location registration and identification information of the mobile radio equipment is sent to the radio base stations to allow them to register the location. If there is a channel whose communication quality is deteriorated below a prescribed value amidst of the plural radio base stations and the mobile radio equipment for the communication of same content of communication in parallel through plural channels, the channel is switched to other channel with a radio base station satisfying a prescribed communication quality. |
