PURPOSE:To form porcelain composition, the sintered material thereof has a large density and the resistivity to the onset critical temp. from room temp. is small and furthermore exhibits superconducting characteristics at the temp. of liquid nitrogen by adopting the specified composition in Eu-Ba-Sr-Cu-base oxide. CONSTITUTION:The title porcelain composition is formed of barium oxide (BaO), strontium oxide (SrO), europium oxide (Eu2O3) and copper oxide (CuO) and when its compositional formula is shown in Eu(Ba1-xSrx)2Cu3O7, the componental composition is regulated in a range of 0<x<=0.75 by mol fraction. |
