PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet superior in high strength by a method wherein a mixed solution of a hard foaming agent is cast into a silicone recessed mold, a coarse pitch surface of an intermediate layer of a multi-layer particle board material is pressed against the mold and then a particle board and a foamed molded material are molded unitarily. CONSTITUTION:A matter where central coarse pitch surface 4 is exposed on the surface is manufactured by dividing, for example, a three layer particle board 1 into two. A foaming solution 3 is cast into a silicone recessed mold 2 having a target necessary facial foam and pattern and pressurized so that a coarse pitch surface 4 of the particle board 1 is faced on the silicone recessed mold 2. Air within the pitch is released from a side section by passing through an air gap of the pitch, the foaming solution 3 is filled into the silicone recessed mold 2, entered deeply into the pitch of the particle board 1, molded into a precise facial form/size copied after the recessed mold and joined to the particle board 1 for unification. When the silicone recessed mold 2 is released, a surface sheet 5 superior in bending and strength is left behind on the surface of the particle board 1 and a foaming agent is molded unitarily on the pitch surface of the backside into a precise form/pattern after the recessed mold. |
