PURPOSE:To generate a propulsion force by utilizing a force generated by the difference in angle between a direction for a defined position of a rotary shaft and the center of gravity of the weight. CONSTITUTION:An angle is given to the position of each of weights which are provided on a plurality of extensions from a defined position of a rotary shaft 1 in such a way that, at the time of rotating the rotary shaft 1, the position of the weight is not conformed to the direction of the centrifugal force from the defined position of the rotary shaft 1. Then, as this rotary shaft 1 is rotated, a force which tends to approach the direction of the centrifugal force from the defined position acts on the weight 2. The force generated at this time is utilized for moving an object. |
