Hydropneumatic device for automatically opening and closing all sorts of leaves 2, the said device using the weight of a load (vehicle, pedestrian or some other load) 16 on a flexible runway 13 as the energy for rotating the leaf 2 by means of a liquid 17 and of a compressed gas 21. It consists of a runway 13 which, under the effect of a load 16, discharges a liquid 17 which compresses a gas 21 in a pressurized tank 20. By means of the pipelines 28 and 29 and of a valve 27, the pressurized liquid 17 pushes back a piston 6 which actuates a rack 5. The latter turns a pinion 4 and makes the leaf 2 open. Closure is provided by a spring 12 which, compressed during opening by means of the rack 5, relaxes and brings about closure. This invention is particularly intended for the automatic opening and closing of doors, gates, shutters or the like which are remote from any source of energy. <IMAGE> |
