发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RADIATION DETECTOR AND X-RAY CT DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain many composites at one time in which scintillator elements and separating plates are alternately precisely arranged from a block by previ ously making the thickness and the degree of parallelization of scintillator plates and the separating plates uniform to laminate precisely. CONSTITUTION:Scintillator plates 11 of thickness of about 1mm which have degree of parallelization of necessary precision and separating plates 12 of thickness of about 0.1mm are alternately laminated and bonded by the use of epoxy adhesive agent. Next, an obtained block is sliced to be required thick ness. Then, a complex 13 in which the scintillators and the separating plates are alternately arranged is obtained. The degree of parallelization and the thickness of the scintillator plates 11 and the separating plates 12 forming the laminated block are made uniform and, with the precision of laminating layer secured, many composites 13 of complete precision can be obtained.
