PURPOSE:To control the amplitude of a circuit including an inductance without deforming the waveform, by connecting at least two power MOSFETs in series, backward and contiguously to each other. CONSTITUTION:Power MOSFETs 1 and 5 contain sources 2 and 6, drains 3 and 7, and gates 4 and 8 respectively. These FETs 1 and 5 are connected in series and backward to each other. In other words, the source 2 of the FET1 is connected to the source 6 of the FET5 for instance. In such a way, an AC electronic variable resistor 11 is obtained. Thus it is possible to control the amplitude of a circuit including an inductor without deforming the waveform. This effect is concerned with diodes 9 and 10 existing between the source and the drain. |
