PURPOSE:To expedite and automate analysis, by connecting a first column and second column, and providing a flow path for bypassing the first column by flow-path switching means located at the upstream of the first column and between the first column and the second column. CONSTITUTION:Liquid A in moving phase and liquid B in moving phase are sent into a first flow path 4 with a liquid sending pump through a flow-path switching means 1. The liquids are sent into a first column 6 together with a specimen which is injected from a specimen injecting part 5. Albumin in the specimen and other component are separated. Then, only the albumin is sent into a second column 8 through a flow-path switching means 2. Then, the flow path is switched with the flow-path switching means 1 and 2. The liquid B is sent into the second column through a second flow path 7 with the liquid sending pump. The saccharified albumin and non-saccharified albumin are separated and sent into a detector 9. Thereafter, the liquid A is sent into the second column through the second flow path. The second column is regenerated. When the regeneration of the second column is finished, the flow path is changed with the flow-path switching means 1 and 3. The moving-phase liquid is sent into the first flow path, and the next analysis is made possible. |
