PURPOSE:To eliminate the use of a coaxial connector and to realize a low cost and miniaturization of a band-pass filter, by adding an input terminal consisting of a strip line to a dielectric coupled substrate which decides the input and output and the interstage coupling. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric coupled substrate uses ''Teflon '', etc., and input terminal patterns 16 and 17 and interstage coupling patterns 25-27 are formed on the surface of the substrate. The input and output coupling parts 18 and 21 are formed between the patterns 16 and 17 and patterns 25 and 27; while interstage coupling parts 19 and 20 are formed between patterns 25 and 27 and an interstage coupling pattern 26. No pattern is formed on the rear side of the substrate. The pattern 16 consists of a strip line s that an end of it can be connected to another function block. The other end of the pattern 16 forms a comb- shaped pattern to constitute an input coupling part 18. In such a way, a dielectric coupled substrate contains an input terminal consisting of a strip line. This can attain a low cost and miniaturization of a band pass filter. |
