<p>PURPOSE:To simply and precisely measure the blood flow speed of a specific vein of an eyeground via the laser speckle method by providing means reflecting the observing light and the photographing light, releasing them from a light path when a reflecting means is measured, and inserting them into the light path at the time of observing or photographing. CONSTITUTION:Since measurement is performed in a short time, no waste time is spent for the action of an insertion/release mirror 30. The mirror 30 is interlocked with a measurement switch 49, the mirror 30 is released from a light path when the switch 49 is turned on, and it is inserted into the light path when the switch 49 is turned off. Another insertion/release mirror 34 is also interlocked with the measurement switch 49, the mirror 34 is released from the light path when the switch 49 is turned on at the time of measurement. The light with the wavelength component passing a wavelength separating mirror 39 contributes in observation. At the time other than observation, the switch 49 is turned off, the light arriving via a lens 33 is reflected and contributes in observation. An eyeground can be observed during measurement.</p> |
