PURPOSE:To improve yield to attain stable quality by adjusting the water quantity of continuous sheet materials by a pressure reducing roller with a pair of minute porous cylindrical side face, and by applying heat and pressure by a free-changeable forming die to form the parts. CONSTITUTION:Continuous sheet materials 11 rolled in by a roller 19 pass through a container filled with a solution 20 of a size agent, is impregnated with water and the size agent, and its moisture content is adjusted by a dehydrating roller 21. The roller 21 is hollow and povided with a dehydrating port 24. Its surface is covered with minute porous continuous cylindrical rubber or felt 25. The hollow part of the roller 21 is always evacuated by a vacuum pump 26. The sheet 11 whose moisture content is adjusted is heated/pressed by, for example, a forming die 22 in the form of a center cap, punched by a punching die 23 to obtain a center cap 4. Thus, the occurrence of wrinkle and crack on the paper surface is prevented, thereby paper-made vibration parts for speaker having improved quality is produced. |
