PURPOSE:To suppress unnecessary reaction, by obtaining remote terminal quiescent-conditions by a transmitting means, and by correcting, with a self- terminal, the noncompensated component of internal charge current generated due to the quiescent end of a remote side. CONSTITUTION:Remote end quiescent-conditions are obtained as the output of a transmitting and receiving signal section 8A, with the use of a communicating means 4, and are introduced to an arithmetic section 7A. In the arithmetic section 7A, by using a self end current data iA and a current data iB fed from a remote end, arithmetic is performed on specified current differential. Before the arithmetic is performed on, the remote end quiescent-conditions are discriminated, and when the remote end is quiescent, then the noncompensated component of internal charge current is corrected by a self end, and after that, processing is performed. |
