PURPOSE:To produce the title factor by making an affinity chromatography using a monoclonal antibody to tissue-type plasminogen activated factor of melanoma origin. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a carrier on which a monoclonal antibody to tissue-type plasminogen activated factor of melanoma origin is immobilized is made. Thence, the objective tissue-type plasminogen activated factor is separated from a culture solution of fibroblast of human normal pulmonary tissue origin by an affinity chromatography using said carrier. This factor has the following characteristics: 1. molecular weight 67,000+ or -10,000 2. isoleectric point making in the range 6.8-8.0 3. the activity is not be impaired by anti-urokinase polyclonal antibody. |
