PURPOSE:To prevent reduction of the electric discharge capacity by using polyamide or polyvinyl chloride composed of the continuous porous substance having the three-dimensional structure, as a separator which makes contact with a negative electrode and is interposed between a positive electrode and an electrolyte absorbing substance. CONSTITUTION:A separator 4 interposed between a positive electrode 1 and an electrolyte absorbing substance 3 which makes contact with a negative electrode 2 and is made of vinylon-rayon mixed paper or nonwoven fabric etc. is composed of cellophane 400 and continuously porous polyamide or polyvinyl chloride having the three-dimensional structure, and said cellophane 400 is arranged so as to be positioned on the electrolyte absorbing substance 3 side. Owing to the peculiar structure of said film member, the silver oxide powder in minute particle form can be favourably check in the openings on the film, and the continuous introduction and the reduction-deposition onto the cellophane side can be suppressed, and the electric discharge capacity after conservation through long days can be improved. |
