PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of vertical stripes on a screen, by inserting a filter to interrupt frequency components more than a half of horizontal scanning frequency between a phase detecting circuit and a voltage control type crystal oscillation (VCXO) circuit. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a disc signal pickup part 1 is processed by a video signal processing circuit 2 and supplied to a video display device 3. The video signal processor 2 consists of an FM detector 20, a Y-C separating circuit 21, a luminous signal processing circuit 22, a color signal processing circuit 23, and a composite circuit 24 for a luminous signal and a color signal. A low pass filter 4 to interrupt frequency components more than a half of the horizontal scanning frequency is inserted between the phase detecting circuit 233 and VCXO circuit 235 in the color signal processing circuit 23. Consequently, vertical stripes are not observed even if gain is increased by a gain regulating circuit 234. |
