PURPOSE:To secure the safety of braking at the time of deceleration by correcting the target value of an engine revolution number to the side of a high revolution in opposition to the degree of a brake operation. CONSTITUTION:When a brake operation end 7 is operated after opening of acceleration, a target value change means 8 is operated, and a target value is corrected to the side of a high revolution in opposition to the degree of a brake operation. As a result, there is no need of an engine revolution number to be decreased so much, and the change of a velocity ratio to a high gear side by means of a control means 6 is restrained. Also, in the case of the target value having exceeded an engine real revolution number at that time, due to the degree of the brake operation being large, the velocity ratio is changed to a low gear side by means of the control means 6. As a result, an engine brake whose force is in accordance with the degree of the brake operation, can be made to be operated simultaneously or beforehand. |
