PURPOSE:To get rid of an unexpected wild run accident by arranging a constitution in which a situation decision at the time point of the input signals of a brake switch, an engine revolution number sensor, a car speed sensor, a shift position sensor having been received, is conducted, and a command signal to return a transmission position to a natural position is emitted to a hydraulic circuit. CONSTITUTION:Provided are a brake switch 7 which makes a changeover by the operation of a brake, an engine revolution number sensor 8 which emits an output signal by comparing an engine revolution number with a set value, a car speed sensor 9 which emits an output signal according to a car speed and a shift position sensor 10 which emits an output signal according to the select position of a transmission. And a computer unit 1 having received the inputs from these switches and sensors, conducts a situation decision at this time point, and when a vehicle is going to make a move that is contrary to the intention of an operator, it emits to a hydraulic circuit such a command signal as returns a transmission position to a neutral position. Accordingly, an unexpected wild run can be prevented.
