发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING TENSION IN ROLLING MILL
摘要 PURPOSE:To control sheet tension accurately, by outputting a speed correcting signal to a driving device so as to conform the tension calculated basing on a torque arm, an equivalent roll radius, a rolling load, and a rolling torque, to a target tension. CONSTITUTION:A torque G1 and a rolling load F1 are respectively detected by a rolling torque detector 6 and a rolling load detector 3 while a material is rolled only by a stand 1, and a torque arm (l1) at the time of tensionless state is calculated by a torque arm arithmetic device 9 to output the result to a variable gain device 8. The device 8 calculates the changing quantity of rolling torque to add its result to the torque G1, and the added value is outputted to a variable gain device 13. Next, after passing through a rolling roll 1, a material is detected by a material detector 12, and its passing signal is outputted to an arithmetic device 10. The device 10 calculates the number of revolutions of the roll and outputs the radius R1 of the rolling roll to the variable gain device 13. The device 13 calculates a material tension basing on the roll radius R1 and an added value of the changing quantity of rolling torque and the torque G1 to output the difference between the tension and a set material tension to a controlling device 14. The device 14 converts it into a speed correcting signal and adds the signal to a set speed to output the result to a controlling device 7.
