The apparatus is used for stretching a plastic dough. The dough (11) , put on and carried by two belt-conveyors (1,2) placed in series, is rolled from above while being carried, by circulating rollers (3). The rollers are circulated by wheels (5) fixed on their shafts (4) around and on stationary guide (8) based on moving respective action- plates (6), supporting such shafts, along the stator (7) of a linear motor surrounding them along the path or rollers, using the linear motor, or by rotation of motors built into the rollers themselves.
