<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the change of carbon resistance value due to UV resist, by maintaining a gap between a carbon resistor and the UV resist which are formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:After a carbon resistance layer 2 is printed and formed On the upper surface of a flexible substrate 1, a desired electric circuit 3 to be connected with both ends of the carbon resistor 2 is printed and formed on the substrate 1 by using silver paste; a second carbon printed layer 4 is formed on the upper surface of the carbon resistance layer 2 and on a part of the upper surface of the circuit 3, and a carbon resistor 5 is formed; an under coat layer 7, in which a window 6 is opened, above the carbon resistor, is formed; then a spacer 8 to keep an adequate thickness on the periphery of the window 6 in the under coat layer 7 is printed and formed; finally a surface sheet 9 is stuck on the surface of a molded article. Thereby, the carbon resistor does not come into contact with UV resist, so that the change of properties of the resistor can be prevented.</p> |
