<p>PURPOSE:To correctly discover a trouble position by fetching action pattern information from a programmable controller at the time of a trouble, a comparing the action pattern information at the time of normality and displaying difference information. CONSTITUTION:A programmable controller generates the action control information of a machine based on input information from a machine which becomes a sequence controlled system and a sequence set beforehand. A storage means consists of input information and action control information. The action pattern information is stored in a time series at the time of the normal action of a machine. An information fetching means fetches the machine from the programmable controller and the action pattern information at the time of the trouble. A difference detecting means compares the action pattern information at the time of the trouble and the action pattern information at the time of normality and detects the difference between both pieces of information. A display means displays the difference information.</p> |
