<p>PURPOSE:To input a color graphic with high resolution by detecting a moving quantity in X axis and Y axis directions based on the rotation of a ball and outputting respective detecting signal and color designating signals to an input output control part based on the color designation of an operator. CONSTITUTION:A detecting part 51 detects the moving quantity in the X axis and Y axis directions based on the rotation of a ball 54 and a color designating signal output part 52 outputs respective detecting signal and color designating signals to an input output control part 4 based on the color designation of an operator. When the input output control part 4 outputs the graphic information and a color designating signal to a central processing unit 1, the central processing unit 1 executes the arithmetic processing of the graphic information and displays the hand-written graphic with the color designated at a display device 2.</p> |
