PURPOSE:To make an image processing instruction with an operator unnecessary and to enhance diagnostic efficiency and accuracy by inferring the optimum image processing contents with the use of diagnosis information stored in an image processing part. CONSTITUTION:Based on a diagnostic remark inputted from a diagnosis recording part 100 added to an image processing part 110 to an external memory 18, an inference mechanism 15 selects the optimum processing definition 14 from a processing definition knowledge 13 to define the image processing contents. The processing definition knowledge generally consists of a program title 140 to execute the image processing and a parameter 141 necessary for the program execution. On the other hand, an image processing program executing part 16 in the image processing part 110 refers to the processing definition knowledge 14 received from the inference mechanism 15, activates the necessary program, and displays the processed image on a display device 17. By interlocking the diagnosis recording part 100 and the image processing part 110 and executing the processing, the image diagnosis of a doctor can be assisted. |
