<p>Constituent sources (1,2) of a gas mixture are fed through respective pressure reducing valves (3,4) to a device (5) which stabilises the absolute pressures of the constituents. The pressure stabilised constituents are fed to a distributor device (13) connected to a number of sets of capillary tubes, one set for each constituent, each tube featuring the same friction head, and the number of tubes employed in each set depending on the proportions of the constituents to be mixed in the main mixer (7) prior to pressure stabilisation (at 8).</p> |
