PURPOSE:To enable the rapid and uniform dispersion in a developer by incorporating aliphat. hydrocarbon and/or halogenated aliphat. hydrocarbon which is liquid in a pressure vessel and evaporates at ordinary temp. when emitted from the vessel into the developer at >=20wt.% concn. of solid content. CONSTITUTION:The low boiling aliphat. hydrocarbon and/or halogenated aliphat. hydrocarbon which is liquid in the pressure vessel and evaporates when emitted from the vessel, i.e., is the liquid at and under the ordinary temp. and pressure is incorporated into the replenishing toner which is packed in the pressure vessel and has >=20wt.% concn. of the solid content. The pasty toner is finely foamed by incorporating the evaporating material therein in such a manner. The toner particles which are lumped during flocculation are thereby easily loosened and are easily dispersed into a carrier liquid. |
