A delivery arrangement for CO2 (carbon dioxide) laser radiation is described which is particularly designed for laser medical systems. The delivery arrangement has three components - an articulated arm (14) connectable to a CO2 laser head, a waveguide probe (17) for directing CO2 laser radiation to an operating site, and a coupler (19) for conditioning CO2 laser radiation emanating from the arm (14) for coupling into the waveguide probe (17).
