<p>A product which stops rejection by the body of organic tissue transplants comprises a salt solution containing ethyl bromoacetate in a concentration of from 3 x 10<-4> to 3 x 10<-5>, the medium of the solution being the TC Hank's liquid of iso-osmolarity (320-340 mosm) = 0.7 Mn m<2> O DEG C and pH = 7.3-7.5; the solution optionally contains up to 36.7% of glycerine. Tissue for transplanting is treated with the solution prior to implanting.</p> |
