PURPOSE:To simplify an event processing by performing a processing such as the insertion or deletion of an event on an element table and performing only a time management by an event queue by providing an event entry in the element table in a logical simulator. CONSTITUTION:The event entries 3a and 3b in the element table 3 store first and second states of a logical element. Also, the events 2a and 2b store the numbers of the logical elements whose state change at a time t1 and a list. In the event entry 3a in the element table 3, the logical element is set at a state Sa at a time ta. In the states Sa and Sb of the event entries 3a and 3b, a value representing the fact that the event entry is invalid is used as the values for them other than the state of the logical element. At the time of executing the processing at the time t1, the state set at the time t1 and also representing the fact that the state is not invalid is set as the state of the logical element out of the event entries of the logical elements with element numbers stored in the events 2a and 2b at the time t1. |
