CONSTITUTION:A positive pole is formed by carbonating aromatic series conden sation macromolecular chemical compound, a negative pole is formed by an activated carbon powder with a large specific surface area or an activated carbon powder, hopefully a powder sheetlike molded object, and a chemical compound shown by an expression is used as a dissolved substance of electro lyte. In the expression, A indicates N or P, R1-R4 indicate hydrogen atom or alkyl base, etc., with 1-15 carbons, and X<n-> indicates BF, PF, etc., or RfSO (Rf indicates fluoroalkyl base with 1-8 carbons) halogen ion, etc., where an aldehyde-family condensed phenol resin is desirable as an aromatic series con densed macromolecular chemical compound. It allows an energy-storing device with improved reliability to be obtained.
