<p>PURPOSE:To prevent troubles such as bleeding, blocking, etc., of a photosensitive layer in high temperature and high moisture, by positioning dry ice contained in a container having parts for cold air on the surface of the intermediate lid thereof. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate lid 3 is arranged between the lid 2 and the bottom 2 of a cooler box 1. In the lower part thereof a photoresist film container 5 is arranged. In the middle of the intermediate lid, a container 6 is positioned to contain dry ice and also a plurality of cold air paths 4 are provided for cold air generated from dry ice to enter a downward film container. Paths 7 for cold air are provided in the dry ice container 6. When the path 7 for cold air overlaps with the cold air path 4, cold air from dry ice can invade efficiently into the film container 5, and hence as cold air from dry ice flows efficiently around the photoresist film for a long time, there is no fear of deterioration of the quality even on transporting and storing the film in summer.</p> |
