PURPOSE:To enable the easy correction of a difference in the luminance of light emitting elements which are different in light emitting colors by constituting the above device in such a manner that the light emission time length within the prescribed time is changed by the light emitting colors assigned by an assigning means. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard 4a has a change mode button Ka and LEDs for displaying the processing contents, etc., of a terminal device 9a in addition to numeric keys Kt and various other keys. The button Ka sets the change mode for correcting the luminance and is so constituted as to be inputted by the numbers of the LEDs and the light emitting colors (characteristic red: 1, green: 0) by the keys Kt and to instruct the luminance correction. When the colors of the LEDs are assigned from the keyboard 4a, a setting part 5a converts the same to time length data and sets the same in a time table 2a; thereafter, a light emission control part 3a executes the light emission control by referring to the time table 2. Since the light emission control part 3a controls the light emission time in accordance with the time length data and changes the relative luminance, the easy luminance correction is executed.
