PURPOSE:To make the surface of sealing resin not roughened by dipping a lead frame into a resin swelling agent for removing a burr by liquid pressure. CONSTITUTION:A swelling agent 12 swelling sealing resin 4 is filled inside a swelling tank 11 and a lead frame 3 is dipped thereinto. At this time, a burr of sealing resin 4 is swelled becoming easy to be separated from the lead frame 4. Later, the lead frame 3 is mounted inside a hydraulic device 7 and water is made to blow against the burr so that the swelled burr is separated from the lead frame 3 for being removed. Thereby, the surface of the sealing resin is not roughened to permit proper marking on the surface. |
