PURPOSE:To remove effectively induced noises, by paying attention to that the induced noises in a corrosion system are generated periodically in each positive and negative direction in the same degree, and finding an output signal from an electric potential detecting part as an integration value at every prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A constant-current pulse power source 11 giving a prescribed electric charge to a sample metallic piece 1 is connected to a counter electrode 3 and the piece 1 through the electrode 3. A buffer amplifier 12 detecting polarization electric potential of the piece 1 by using a reference electrode 2 as a standard and amplifying said potential is connected to the piece 1 and the electrode 2. Four integrators 13, 14, 15 and 16 having the same construction are connected to this amplifier 12 and integration is carried out at every prescribed time by an output of a timing circuit 17. By thus constitution, induced noises in actually mounted environment are decreased and accurate measurement is made possible. |
