PURPOSE:To provide a scanning recording method which enables accelerating of a recording rate, by increasing the number of siamese recordings in a condition to almost prevent a recording electrode from being increased in a hard scale. CONSTITUTION:Blocks 1-1, 1-2 are formed of recording electrodes 1, every m- piece of which are brought into a block, and the length of each of auxiliary electrodes 3, finely divided, is set to 1/2 the length of one full block of the recording electrodes 1. In operation, a negative pulse voltage of a picture signal is first applied to the recording electrode 1 by a group 4 of driving circuit A and 1/2 (i.e., 5-1-5-m/2) a group 5 of driving circuits B. In the auxiliary electrode, 3-1a, 3-1b, 3-2a, and 3-2b are selected to perform a recording by means of the recording block 1-1 and 1/2 (i.e., 1-2a) 1-2. Consecutively, 1/2 (i.e., 5-(m/2+1)- 5-m) the remaining of the group 5 of the driving circuit B and the group 4 of the auxiliary electrodes A are used, and auxiliary electrodes 3-2b, 3-3a, 3-3b and 3-4a are selected to perform a recording by means of the blocks 1-2b and 1-3. |
