PURPOSE:To improve the control property of a laser beam machine by actuating a comparator, turning off a switch via a selector and turning off a feed forward circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a detection means detects the actual working speed exceeding a specified speed while a control system under work, this signal is input to a comparator 12. The comparator 12 outputs a signal, turning off the switch 14 of a selector 13 and turning off a feed forward circuit. When the actual working speed becomes less than the specified speed, the switch 14 becomes on by the signal of the comparator 12, again, the control by the feedback and feed forward operations is made to perform. Consequently the control of high accuracy can be performed in the range not exceeding the limit of the mechanical system operation. |
